Eco-activists who have created green pathways in South Africa share their favourite green spaces and places.
You get the inside info on where to visit, eat and shop in South Africa from an eco-minded, organic green network.
We have zero-wasters and Slow Foodies, permaculturists and ecotour guides. Raw juice bar owners and vintage fashion followers, veld and sea foragers and makers of sustainable surfboard covers.
The focus of Green Route is to support eco-preneurs – entrepreneurs who go the green route by opting for eco-conscious products and services.
Every week I ask a South African eco-preneur to share their ‘green route’ – or the five places and spaces that they visit regularly. It could be their veggie patch at home or a favourite hike. A secret surf spot or a new zero-waste shop.
